Rapid Response Life Training Center has an outstanding team of dedicated professionals, all of whom are determined to help all of our students succeed. Standing at the top of their fields, our team members offer support and guidance, uniquely tailored to each students needs. Our goal is to provide an environment where teachers are valued for their outside-the-box thinking, creative ideas, and connection with their students.

Marie Graduated in 2001 with an MBA degree, in 2010 with a Licensed Practical Nurse Certification, in 2012 with a Medicare reimbursement certification from AANAC, in 2015 with a Registered Nurse degree and in 2020 with a Masters of Science in Nursing degree.
From 2000 to 2009, Marie worked in the Non Profit sector helping children and teens at risk. In 2010, Marie started working in home care and skilled nursing facilities.
Marie has worked as an College Instructor, an Instructor for emergency medicine, a regional Medicare reimbursement specialist, a regional director of nursing and a nurse consultant.
In 2018, Marie became an AHA BLS and ACLS Instructor and then in 2021 she became a PALS instructor. She also received an advanced neonatal certification to prepare for NRP Instructor certification.

He also works a a respiratory therapist at a local hospital
In 1978 Robert earned a Licensed Vocational Certification from Cisco College.
In 1988 Robert received a Registered Respiratory Therapy degree from NBRC. In 1989 he also Received a Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist Degree from NBRC.
He worked at Abilene Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Abilene, Texas for 41 years in a variety of managerial/and non managerial clinical and non clinical positions specializing in Respiratory care for acute and chronic conditions.
In 1985 Robert started teaching courses in CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS for the American Heart Association . In 2008, Robert started teaching neonatal skills check off (Part 2) for Health Stream (Now RQI/AHA 8th edition).
In 2021, Robert became a certified AHA instructor trainer in BLS, ACLS & PALS to train instructors.

Charles R Bloomer, DDS

Amazingly energetic and driven, Dr. Charles R. Bloomer quickly became one of the most beloved staff members at Rapid Response Life Training Center. He provides "The Big Country" with 38 years of education and experience that helps direct our training center's mission and goals to new heights. He actively participates with course instruction and prepares students to face academic challenges and to succeed professionally.
He currently a BLS Instructor.
